I love bringing my car here. I even enjoyed waiting today while the work was done because Michelle was so fun to chat with. I was telling her how I was excited to see my brother tomorrow as it's been many years since I've been able to visit but wasn't looking forward to my long drive. Chad and the crew that were there on Monday night July 1st were fantastic! I called shortly after 6pm knowing they closed at 7 with hopes they could patch my tire. I explained I didn’t know how big the hole was but Chad didn’t hesitate and said bring it in to see what we can do. He knew that he may not be able to help but was willing to try even though his tire guy had just left. Was in Rochester for work and noticed some brake issues. Before I had to leave to go to my next location, I took my work vehicle in to Quick Lane after being referred by a coworker. Did a walk-in with no appointment and Dan took care of me. Got the authorization, parts, and repairs completed well before my hotel checkout time. Definitely go see these guys for your auto repair needs and look for Dan.
