I'm really disappointed with my recent experience. The front desk staff, specifically Sandra, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me before I had even finished speaking, which is completely unacceptable. This kind of behavior does not reflect well on the business, especially given the otherwise high ratings. It's clear that there's a need for better training in customer service and professionalism for the staff here. I expected much better.
Dr. John is the best-so intelligent. Explains everything and lets me decide things about my health in conjunction with him.
