RecommendedW-O-W! I could not be more thankful for our experience yesterday in your office. I brought both of my children (5 & 7 years old) in for fillings referred by another office (on my own accord). Everyone, down to the very brief encounter with the desk staff, was W~O~N~D~E~R~F~U~L. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for making me and my children comfortable as much as possible with our current state of Covid.
Fabulous with my stubborn little guy who ends up cooperating so nicely every time we are there. The TVs on the ceiling help distract as well!!! Love this place
We came to Rochester Pediatric Dentistry for a second opinion on a oral surgery. My 8 year old has a fear/anxiety with going to the dentist because he has had so much work done. Dr. Nicole and the safe were calm, gentle, and reassuring. We will be bringing both my boys back!
We were referred to Dr. Jones when we realized my sons chronic reflux was doing a number on his teeth. From day 1 we have been well taken care of. From the minute we walk in the door the ladies greeting us and checking us in are beyond kind and patient. To the gal that helps us understand the bill and payment options and to top it off with the the amazing care of the assistants, hygienists, and the dentist! Such a great experience. My daughter had a tooth extracted and has been asking me when we can go back! Also, the dentist and all the staff were very professional, organized, thorough, and helpful. Thank you!

My daughter had her first appointment last week and was so excited to go. They are all super nice And to top it off they have TVs on the ceiling and the kids get little tokens at the end to get a price!
