Rochester Optical's service is outstanding. One lens from my glasses fell out last night. I got to the Lyell Ave store about 8 minutes prior to when the opened. When the customer service person saw me at the door she got up and unlocked the door and let me in before the store opened. The Optician fixed my glassed, adjusted my old glasses so they fit better and I was back in my car by 9.:02. The treatment is typical of how I have been treated since I started using them7 or 8 years ago. I suspect they have a customer for life.
Customer service is not dead it lives @ Rochester Optical in Fairport, NY. Optician Paul Marx is not only professional he exemplifies customer service ~ something that is all too often missing in the business world. He not only repaired my retro Ray Bans in a matter of minutes. He didn't charge me a thing. He's won my loyalty and respect. I will return for all my optical needs & direct all my friends there, as well. Given our current climate of unprofessionalism, rudeness & greed ~ thank you.
