I have a really complicated case. The team at Rochester Optical work diligently with me to find a solution. They were patient, diligent, and caring. I came from California to see them specifically. They treated me like an honored guest, not just a patient or customer. I will always be grateful for the care I was given and the very special glasses they made for me.

I had a great experience. They took great care finding a pair of frames for me. I unfortunately could not adjust to my new prescription in that frame. The graciously changed the frame for me and helped me find something that would work better. When it was time to narrow down my choice, they offered an opinion (at my request since they didn't want to influence me). Helpful, courteous and PATIENT!!!! Bonus that glasses are locally manufactured. The supervisor personally offered her help. Thank You.
My 8-year old son needed glasses and got a prescription a few months ago. After he got them he wouldn't wear them, complaining that they were blurry. I figured that he's a kid, never had glasses and that this was just a matter of him not being used to wearing something. When I pushed the issue, he cried. Last week the school nurse called. He failed his vision test. He wore glasses and failed the test even more. So, either the glasses were incorrectly set or the doctor was wrong.
