Never again will I use them – There was a mistake, at first they communicated very well and were helpful but this quickly went away, they ripped out my carpet left the nail strips exposed furniture in disarray, and still no carpet, it's been over a week and no carpet. It's been over a week and they still can't tell me when it will be installed, is this a joke? what kind of morons could possibly be running this place.

good customer service – I got new carpet for my whole upstairs, the guys doing the instulation are very fast and timely, but when they came in with the new carpet it was the wrong color. They kept in contact very well throughout the process of fixing the mistake which was caused by the warehouse mislabeling the roll. I am very pleased with the outcome and they compensated me faily for the inconvenience. Also I gotta say the sailsman was way better than sail on carpet.
