Way Better than the Competition – I got new carpet for my whole upstairs, the guys doing the instulation are very fast and timely, but when they came in with the new carpet it was the wrong color. They kept in contact very well throughout the process of fixing the mistake which was caused by the warehouse mislabeling the roll. I am very pleased with the outcome and they compensated me faily for the inconvenience. Also I gotta say the sailsman was way better than sail on carpet.

Impressed – The installers were terrific. They arrived on time to the minute, moved heavy furniture expertly, vacuumed and swept up any mess. The carpet looks great and the price was what I wanted to spend. They are so professional and nice I would gladly give them five stars

Worst Customer Service Ever – Needed a carpet for kids' room, but it needed to be cut in a certain way. We drew a diagram of exactly what we needed. When they transcribed the drawing, they did it wrong, so the carpet wasn't cut correctly. Their "professional" service guy finally came out days after we kept calling. He said we drew it wrong; we said you transcribed the drawing wrong. Well, here we are 3 weeks later; they never returned phone calls. biggest mistake ever! – This has been the worst expierence ever! we needed basement carpet, hardwood floor, tile bathroom, and tile fireplace done. so far it has been over a month and only the basement carpet is done! they keep switching the contractors and cancelling appointments, they have come to measure the same things about 3 times, and keep forgetting to have us sign papers so they have to cancel the day that it is supposed to be done! we ended up cancelling the hardwood floor because they decided after telling us to g... read more

Great experiance – My experience with Rochester Linoleum Carpet One was topnotch from start to finish. We knew going into the meeting that we wanted to install an Amtico vinyl tile for our kitchen remodel. My husband contacted Amtico for a list of their certified installers and Rochester Linoleum Carpet One's number came up again and again. It was a Wonderful Experience!‎‎ – I had flooring/tile recently put down in my home & it looks just like hardwoods, but it's tile! I Never knew it was possible! Thank you Rochester Linoleum Carpet One for helping me with this! Now my dogs can run free through-out my home with NO WORRIES!! How GREAT is THAT?!
