it was the worst experience we ever had. we ordered our hardwood flooring 6 week in advance. then 2 days befor installation we were told the flooring was not avalible.we asked for our money back and to this date they refuse to give our money back even though they can not deliver the product. I understand this is a common problem with Rochester linoleum. r. Thomas

The staff at Rochester Linoleum & Carpet One do an A+ job. We went in on a Sunday and the lady working was so pleasant and didn't rush us at all. It was a very nice experience.

Run, don't walk, from RL. They were subcontractor on our kitchen remodel three years ago. Three years later, out of the blue, they served us with notice of intent to sue us because allegedly our contractor hadn't paid them. We had no direct relationship with RL, we weren't their customer, we had no contract with them, and they threatened and bullied us without ever making any attempt to tell us what was going on.
