My father was a patient of Dr. Zaki since he was right out of internship. He retired in September of 2025 since then, he’s been seeing Dr. Alam. The doctor is ok. Blood draws were every six months. Now all the time. The office is a poo show. No one seems to know what’s going on. Wait times crazy. Orders all mixed up. Recommend going elsewhere.
Dr Alam has been our doctor for over 20 years! Since October we have been playing phone tag for our medication. As of now my husband has been without medication since mid December. We have called every week. Dr Alam I hope you read this! I am so mad!!!!!! Office manager was no help and passed the buck!. As a ex officer manager Sorry honey everything that happens in that office, staff wise falls on you!
