Always attentive and caring
From the phone inquiry, to the visit BOTH the assistant to P.A. and the Physicians Assist. Went out of their way to answer my questions about my health concern. They were easy to converse with yet professional adhering to best practices of an urgent care. The P.A. gave very helpful, positive solutions the assistant was knowledgeable about insurance and reassuring. Highly recommend.
The PA (Dana) was very competent, spent time to completely determine my condition and did more than just treat me, she explained how to better control a repeating problem. The facility is very professional.
