Beware! Though the care is great, the billing and everything else here is not. They say they accept all insurances, but they do not. When you receive a bill, it does not give you a breakdown, and there is no one you can get a hold of in the billing department. Multiple calls and attempts to speak to the billing manager, and nothing! My first experience was awesome - super efficient & effective! I booked an early am appt on their website the night before & uploaded all needed info & documents easily. The receptionist/nurse was kind and helpful. I had an unusual situation but Dr. knew exactly what happened & how to make me feel better fast. She sent my scripts in & off I went. I highly recommend for urgent matters!
We enjoyed our experience here until we had to deal with billing. They claim to accept all insurance plans, but do not. Our insurance is not in network, and they were unaware of it, but claimed they accepted it on multiple occasions. Verify with your insurance before going to this urgent care, or you will be stuck with a hefty bill and no answer from the billing department.
