I have had great experiences at this urgent care. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The only urgent care I’ll go to. I can tell that the staff here really care and I have had outstanding experiences with the nurse and up front staff named Meggan!
Dr. Danielle is excellent. She was caring and patient with my special needs daughter.
Dr Danielle is just exceptional, she helped me with the infection on my epidermal cyst on my neck and also she followed up in the next day by calling me to check if i needed something. 5/5 stars
We received amazing care from NP Danielle. She is a great listener with exceptional skills. She is super knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to and a true professional. I will not hesitate to seek out medical care from her again. I’m also a nurse so i have exceptionally high expectations.
Really smooth check-in, triaged right away and saw a doctor right away. They are understaffed, 2 people doing multiple jobs. They make it work but I wondered if there would be mistakes as they are rushing to make sure everyone feels recognized. My situation was unusual. Dr basically Googled it in front of me. I left without answers or a treatment plan.
