Had my 75 ib. standard poodle, Big Chill, groomed for the first time at the Grooming Tails service within the Rochester Feed & Country Store. The grooming was thorough and impeccable. Chill received the best groom and haircut since joining me in the Rochester, MN area; and I received no complaints/excuses regarding his behavior, hair issues, etc. Maybe they know what they're doing. We're satisfied with their service. Rating 4 stars as this was our first visit. Thanks, Wendy and Mackenzie.
