RecommendedI could not recommend Rochester Pet and Country store enough. The staff is super knowledgeable and you can tell they truly care about the wellbeing of all animals. I also have the best time interacting with their staff and knowing my money is well spent. They also have a WIDE variety of goods. Coming from a rabbit owner, it can be hard to find what I need. But I know they have the highest quality foods, treats, and toys for my pets.

Until today, Bella has always gotten terrible hair cuts. Groomers would say her hair was too fine etc giving reason for the bad cut. Today Erica cut it. Bella has NEVER looked better. She was clearly loved and cared for. I’m so impressed. Words can not even describe.
Amazing and knowledgeable staff, super friendly and will help answer any of your questions! Love them, they even got items out of the back for me as they weren’t on the shelf yet.
Terrible service. I’ll tried to order chickens from them and after multiple call where I was told a different story about where my order is or even what was actually ordered, as no one seemed to know what was going on. We stopped to talk in person and the clerk was very rude. They don’t know anything about animals, you would get better advice at tractor supply or fleet farm. Such a nice homey atmosphere, supporting local, wonderful staff, they even take in rescue pets even the unusual kinds! It's a MN nice kind of store.

Everyone was incredibly helpful as soon as I walked in! They have a good variety of products for all manner of creatures- small, large, feathered, and scaled- and carry good brands like Purina, ZooMed, and Oxbow. I'll be coming back for sure!
