I recently went in for a new prescription and a new pair of glasses. Dr. Gruber was excellent and helped me with all of my questions! He spent the time to help me understand my eye health and I really appreciated it. The appointment process feels a little awkward. We first came here to get my wife some glasses before it was called Rochester Eye Care. Now that I need glasses as well, I couldn't be more pleased. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Bigda checked my eyes and Andrea helped in selecting and ordering my glasses.
I came back to Rochester eye care after many years with other eye doctors. Very courteous and knowledgeable. They were on time with the appointment. They have a beautiful facility and state of the art high tech equipment. It was the most thorough exam I have ever had.
My first set of glasses and I am very satisfied with them. From the staff to the doctor right through to picking out my frames, everyone was professional and enjoyable to work with. I had to get progressive lenses after using cheaters for many years and when I picked them up until now while I’m writing this, it has felt completely natural to have them on.
I cannot say enough about Rochester Eye Care. Been going here for over 20 years and will continue to do so for 20 more. Dr. Clark and the team at REC are always caring and understanding and I truly feel my eyes are in the right place!
