Start to finish everything was explained to me in a way I could understand from my exam results to what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover for glasses. James helped me pick a new pair of frames that I can feel confident in and they arrived quickly too!
Was very happy with the I service received while choosing glasses. The optician treated me with respect and patience while I took my time finding the perfect pair of glasses for me. Highly recommend their shop!

I'm at that point where my vision is starting to get worse so I made an appointment with Dr. Gruber. My wife uses Rochester Eye Care and likes it, so that's why I came here. The eye exam was great. Dr. Gruber was helpful and nice. Once I had my prescription I almost bought my glasses online, but decided to get them at Rochester Eye Care as well.
