RecommendedHubby broke the arm on his glasses this past weekend so I brought them in to the office on Wednesday to see if they could fix them. They gave him a whole new frame, no charge while I waited! They definitely have the nicest employees and we will definitely see them for a long time!!
They are very helpful and friendly. The opticians are super helpful. I had questions about a refund and had to go in several times for help and Zenia was more than happy to help me process my refund. I would totally recommend them to anyone

Everyone at Rochester Eyecare is so awesome. The front desk staff is very friendly. Dr. Presley is so kind, nice and very helpful. But I have to give special kudos to Kelly. She is amazing. She has such a wonderful friendly personality. I just started wearing contacts and she was extremely patient with me and I was just beyond excited once I finally got them in.
