We can see emergency patients most of the time on the same day. The first Dr Roca has been serving the Dc Maryland Virginia area since 1908. Four generations later we are still in the DMV.

All of the staff was very friendly, accomodating, and exceeded normal expectations for professionalism. From my first experience with scheduling my appointment, I felt prioritized and that they care about their patients. Dr. Roca explained my dental condition very clearly and I was impressed with his demonstrated level of expertise. I would definitely go back and recommend to others.
Dr. Roca is an exceptional dentist ... very knowledgeable and friendly. Our whole family has used the Roca family practice for years, and I highly recommend them. Please note that the main reason the Roca Family practice has gotten any negative reviews is because they do not accept many insurance plans. The quality of care is excellent.
Dr. Adam Roca loves the science and artistry of the work he performs. The two porcelain veneers that he crafted and fitted for me have positively changed the way I smile and feel. Also, they look entirely natural. Dr. Roca takes pride in his profession. He is cheerful, informative and thoroughly honest. In fact, he looks for ways to cut patient costs. Visiting his office is an uplifting experience; I know I am in special hands.
Dr. Roca had always been very easy to work with, coming from someone with a fear of dental work. He recently went above and beyond to help out my husband. Amazing!
