We can see emergency patients most of the time on the same day. The first Dr Roca has been serving the Dc Maryland Virginia area since 1908. Four generations later we are still in the DMV.

kind, gentle, responsive, and knowledgeable staff
Dr. Roca is pretty good at taking care of his patients. Every time I have had an emergency he has been available to see me right away. He goes above and beyond when it comes to his patients. Explains procedures, is gentle, follows up, give you a few options when it comes to a referral. I was afraid of dentist until I found him. I have had fillings, root canals, cleanings and always leave with a smile. His staff is pretty god as well. They know the patients, are helpful and courteous.
Dr. Roca is a caring dentist and a very kind person. He treats children with great care and has a friendly approach that makes them feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS OFFICE! Adam and his team are basically family. They have always been incredibly accommodating to my anxieties, insurance ups and downs, and teeth issues. I can not recommend this place enough. Thank you for all you have done.
I send my friends to Dr. Roca. Good listener. Knows what he’s doing. Went in most recently with an achy tooth. Figured out quickly what was wrong and fixed it. Friendly, competent staff.
Absolutely the best dentist and office staff! My kids have been going there since they first started dental visits. My entire family goes to this practice. There is not much else to say when your kids are excited and look forward to seeing the dentist!
