I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Levaro. After having dislocated my right wrist and crushing the bones in it in November 2016, Dr. Levaro performed emergency surgery at one a.m. after he was already off call. The surgery lasted several long hard hours, and he showed true care and diligence throughout. My OT and family doctor could not get over the fantastic job he did. State of the art, first class operation. Feeling optimistic while looking forward to the third surgical procedure for my injury, expecting positive outcome. Dr Masson says my wrist will not be as before the injury but expresses confidence of positive results. Though Dr Masson not involved in previous treatment of my injury, I was impressed with his review of past records, thorough examination and diagnosis.
After having a nightmare experience with a misdiagnosis by a local ER of my son's thumb, we were sent to ROC for emergency surgery 11 days later. I can't begin to explain how impressed I have been with the physicians and staff...Dr. Patel and Dr. Masson have been amazing and we are hopeful for a full recovery after a severed tendon, 2 nerves and artery. Dr. Patel has been extremely diligent in his care and so thoughtful with occasionally checking up on us. My husband has even become a patient of Dr. Masson for his shoulder. ... read more
They take you in and listen and very respectful and courteous and they really do care about you and your progress. With you the whole way cheering you on and supporting you. I would go again if needed in the future.
Go above what is expected for each patient. Doctors are very detailed with their patients and make sure patients understand their treatment and outcomes.
