I went to ROC and it was a horrible life changing experience . I had hip replacement surgery from DR. SHUKLA terrible. He first repaced my right hip and made my lesgs uneven! He told me I needed to do my left hip to even my legs and because of artritis. I would of waited but did not want to have one leg longer than the other so I agreed. During the surgery he droped my foot 29 degrees the nurse said after and he said it was not uncommon!
