Was charged additional $25 because I hadn’t been there in 3 months. I wished I would have been warned about this BEFORE I made the appointment or I never would have come. Since when is a customer penalized for making a hair appointment at a time YOU did not agree with? That’s NOT good customer service. #2. Not a client centered salon. I had two experiences with Amina at Roc Coco- the first experience she ran late with another client then in the middle of my coloring services took a haircut that lasted about 45 minutes. My hair looked fine but it took over 3 hours for a root touch up/trim. The second time I came in to Roc Coco I was informed that she tried to call and leave a voicemail (which I never received) to reschedule my appointment. I’ve never experienced this lack of professionalism and disregard for scheduling.

Simply the best! Consistent quality and my hair has never been healthier. After years of (myself) ruining my hair through college, Chad brought my hair back to life. I said “please make my hair look like it did before I ever started coloring it with box die in high school and ruined it” and he delivers every time!
