This was my first experience with having a permanent crown placed in one appt. The new technology is interesting and was explained well by staff. Unfortunately, the milling machine malfunctioned and did not produce a usable crown. The staff scrambled and got me out of the office on time with a temporary crown and I will have to return next week to swap for a permanent. Dr. Vander Linde and staff were accomodating and pleasant though their equipment let them down this time.
On time as always and extremely courteous, friendly and professional.
Thank you so much to Doctor Donald and the nurses for their hard work and patience for my dental work. I'm happy again now.
