Great service Despite being late for my appointment time, the staff accommodated me very easily. They also made a fairly late change in the appointment two days earlier. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I had a crown come off this morning and with in hours I was at the office having I it re cemented. They are always friendly and helpful.
This is nothing unusual because the staff is ALWAYS courteous, kind and compassionate with their clients. It's a warm and inviting environment all around.

The staff at the office are wonderful, they make me feel like I am visiting friends I haven't seen in a while. They take time to explain the various procedures and make let me be included in the process. They understand that I am not the best at remembering follow-up appointments and give me constant reminders, which I appreciate. The dental work is top notch and I am always happy with the service I receive.

After scheduling my new patient exam, the receptionist then said "Because we take an additional write-off for your insurance, please be sure to arrive exactly on time". That put a sour taste in my mouth, making me feel almost looked down on for my insurance type. That was the only slightly negative input I have about this office.
