I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Rob's Flowers . Residing in Orange County, I found the inability to make order changes remotely to be highly inconvenient - necessitating a trip all the way to the shop’s location. Excellent customer service. Delivered all the way to Fontana, Ca. no issues, the flower arrangements were on point, crisp fresh and beautiful!!! I know that she would have been super happy, with the flowers. R.I.P. Momma!!!
