On 829 2023 my wife and I purchased 3-ton Bronze. 1stg cooling. 80% AFUE gas furnace, 1 stage PSC blower motor, Digital thermostat .10 year parts warranty ,1 year labor warranty, satisfaction guaranteed, The installer said that there would be a one time check up or inspection something to that a fact this never occurred. The total price of these units were $11,568. Pretty disappointing that they can’t do a one time check up of these unit that they installed after spending that amount of money.
This is my second review of Robison Air. They replaced the outside unit at my home a short time ago and did not only a really great job but at a very fair cost to me. They just came to my office today and serviced a unit that was, according to another company, not functional. What it needed was to simply wash the coils. Within 15 minutes it was cooling just fine.
