What a nice place to have dental work done. They got me in right away, Dr.Gauthier replaced my crown and did a fantastic job. Dr Gauthier gives a really good novacaine shot so i didnt feel a thing. Robinwood Dental gave me a breakdown of the cost before we started and they take our insurance, so they're no $$ surprises. We LOVE this place.

Terrible customer service. All I was requesting was a teeth cleaning, and Dorothy informed me since it had been some time I would be treated as a "New patient", therefore I couldn't get my teeth cleaned upon my initial appointment. I informed her of my circumstances and she really didn't seem to care, nor did she care that I ultimately told her I'd have to look elsewhere. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was the dental equipment clean? They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
