I've been going here for years. They are so nice and always do a great job.
Very unprofessional office, I posted an ad seeking a job, they emailed me asking for my CV I sent them the CV and thy called me for an interview on a short notice, I canceled all of my Saturday plan to go meet with them, I took two buses to get there, when I got to their clinic they didn’t reply my calls and texts!! I waited for a while and called several times with no response, finally they called me when I was on the bus back to home to say sorry we didn’t get your calls!! Outstanding experience from start to end. Their receptionist is the best, extremely friendly and very patient. I left my two children (5, 4) out in the lobby while I saw the dentist. She was extremely accommodating. The dentist is among the best. He took his time to explain to me my options, I saw him for one tooth issue as a second opinion. One of the best dental experiences I have ever had.
From the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out, I feel welcomed and I feel completely comfortable. Dr. Tuan does an amazing job, I've been going here for years.
