My tub had sewage backing up in it. I obtained three referrals from Service Magic and Gary was the first to call. He gave me a general estimate of what he thought it would cost and had a technician available that afternoon. John called when I was told he would and showed up as promised. He and Josh got right to work, were friendly, personable and very careful not to create any mess. As a matter of fact they left things cleaner than when they came.
