Very responsive, cordial, efficient, and reasonable.
The tech. that came to my house was very professional and nice. He explained the problem to me and made sure I was comfortable with what he was doing at all times. The initial phone call from the company was just as pleasant. The office dispatch person was polite and vey empathetic with my issue at the time of contact.
The fellows that did the work for me were very courteous and offered explanations when requested and did not seem to mind that things took a little longer than they expected. Yes, I will recommend your company. Thank you. Fran Rudock

Gary was extremely knowledgeable and set my expectations properly on the cost and time to complete the job as well as aided my decision on what type of water heater I would like installed. John showed up first and prepped the work area while answering some last minute questions I had. profesional, affordable, polite, clean
Very professional and nice. Did a great job fixing my shower and my kitchen sink. Reasonably priced and the work is not by the hour, it's by the job. They do charge a $59 fee, however. Even though they charge that, the total bill is still reasonable. Will use them again.
Nothing bad to say, very good service, they fixed the problem at a fair price, cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended.
