The plumber who arrived was friendly, efficient and obviously talented at his job. He installed high quality fixtures and kept me appraised of how much everything cost. My only complaint is that the appointment was scheduled a week in advance to be the first job of the day to eliminate any waiting, but the plumber was 45 minutes late.
Robinson's Plumbing Service was extremely prompt with getting in touch with me. Their repair and billing process was explained upfront, and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. When the plumber arrived, he was very polite and courteous, and explained what was causing the problem. The repairs were made in a timely manner - - and I also received a follow-up phone call to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. I would use Robinson's again, and I would also recommend their sevices.
The service men were polite and helpful. A leaking faucet is still leaking, however. We had to replace our hot water heater. I told the owner up front that I wanted good quality and was interested in energy efficiency. They brought out only one hot water heater, which was the standard model. The energy star rating indicated that it used a high amount of electricity compared to other models. They offered to get another hot water heater, but we would have to wait until the next day. the plumber arrived within 20 minutes of the expected time and was pleasant, competent and clean. Also, he explained the source of the problem so I won't do it again!
Robinson"s is a top-notch company to deal with. The entire staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The on-site installer explained everything that was involved in installing the new sewer line. I would recommend them whole heartedly and without any reservations.
Came out same day as called, did a super job, and gave the best price out of the three recommended professionals. Will use them again if need arises!
They were the first professional to answer my request. They came out promptly and spent the entire day of Dec 31st to make sure everything was taken care of. They were neat and clean.
We arrived home Sunday after 3 day vacation only to find the front yard flooded from a water main break. I went to Service Magic to find companies that could repair it quickly, before New Years Day. They provided 3 pros. Within minutes, Sue from Robinson's Plumbing contacted me. We set up a time Monday morning to come out and bid on the project.
