Was there early trying to trade our car, they show us the cars, they drove us in one and they want to check our car to verify the trade value, soon they finish the sales man come and tell us they are " nervous " about our car, he say our car is leaking antifreeze, we fell like he hurried us out af the dealer. Multiple issues with services. Salesman not knowing much about the car. BTW he doesn't work there anymore. Had to argue about my first oil change and we just spent $40,000. Just the petty stuff I hated with them. Paint was chipping and was still under the warranty. Car had 14,000 miles and manger goes back and hands me touch up paint and wants me to apply it.
