I really enjoyed my cleaning and the doctor, nothing but good things to say about that aspect of this office. However, we got new dental insurance and I called to ask them if my husband and I’s standard cleaning / X-rays would be covered by it. About a week later they got back to me and said they talked with my insurance and that all preventative services would be covered so our out of pocket cost would be $0 - we moved forward with booking our cleanings. Now they are asking us to pay $450 because our insurance did not actua... read more
