I enrolled in Robinson Tae Kwon Do close to four years ago with my two boys, who are now age 11 and 8 and it has been an amazing experience for all of us. I have seen my two boys develop into really focused martial artists. I want opiniona – I want opinions.... I want to know if he teaches that other sports are bad like the other person wrote. I want to know if the instructor is one-sided with opinions and judgemental of people. Martial Arts can and will be great for my child under the right direction but it can be harmful under the wrong direction. I am checking all the local places out and getting opinions from everyone... Not just kicking and punching!!! – I started reviewing TKD academies over a year ago when my son was having behavioral problems at school. I knew that martial arts programs were helpful in instilling discipline as well as self-respect. I was impressed when Mr. Robinson encouraged me to review other schools before committing to his program; I thought it displayed a healthy amount of confidence in what he has to offer. Robinson TKD is the place to go – A few years ago a friend told me he was going to start taking TaeKwonDo at The Factory in Franklin and I told him I had always wanted to do martial arts. Just be careful, lots of brainwashing going on around here! – I recently noticed that my unfortunate negative review was taken off this website along with several others, and the only ones left were 5 star reviews. I am very fishy about this website now and will continue to now not trust this business. Wow, this takes nerve. This instructor used to be wonderful. Great! – I have been very impressed. My son has taken TKD for close on two years. It's help build confidence and self discipline... And let's face it, every little boy (young or old) will find martial arts COOL! The owner has children of his own, which I felt help him understand and cater to my own. (In fact, all the instructors have been very good and popular with the children). Robinson is an ex nurse, so I know my kid's body will be looked after.
