Excelent staff and fast service
Robinson hires knucleheads. I called to see if they had a replacement inducer fan for my Goodman furnace. The guy looked up the model no. of my furnace and said they don’t carry the part and could not order it. He said it’s probably because it’s an old furnace. I bought the furnace there about 15 years ago which is not that old. He also asked me what company I worked for so he could look it up in his computer. But I said I don’t work for an HVAC company anymore . He accused me of being a “homeowner” and stated his company do... read more
