Uninvolved, disorganized management company. Avoid dealing with them. Luckily they sold the building I’m renting in to a more professional agency 3 months into my lease. Good riddance.
This company is the definition of a slum lord. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! They are dishonest, disrespectful, self interested, dirty literally and figuratively. I rent a commercial property from them and have NEVER dealt with a less professional group. In all business dealings they are shady. We have never had hot water in our space, there are bugs - there are leaks - there are odors... unless you have no other choice stay away!!!
