They have the worst customer service and response team I’ve ever seen for a realty business. I will never recommend them. In fact I will warn against their unprofessional behavior when dealing with clients. ~You’re response to my review is par for the course with your company, rude. When I didn’t pass your application, I asked for a reason why. You never responded and when I called you had my number blocked. All I wanted was a reason there was no need to be unprofessional.

I can’t recommend Rob Robinson, with Robinson Realty Group, enough for anyone that is in the Chattanooga area and looking to purchase a home! Rob puts in exceptional work to make sure his clients find the perfect home. Rob has YOUR best interests in mind, and no one else’s. Under no circumstance could I have done this without him every step of the way.

Robinson Realty Group, LLC is the best in the business. Within three (3) weeks of the listing date, we had over 30 showings and seven offers. Rob Robinson directed us every step of the way. We listed our house with Susan and Rob Robinson, and we could not be happier with the service we received and the ultimate result. They went through our house and compiled a list of repairs that needed to be done prior to the house going on the market. My wife and I recently bought our home on Signal through these guys and wow what a great experience. Susan our broker went way out of her way to make the process smooth and as trouble free for us as possible. Even the follow up service has been far beyond what I would have expected. Honestly these guys are simply the best in my books.
