Came in for a manicure after booking online over a week ahead of time. My friend and I were seen quickly; however, the work we received was less than great. My nails still look nice enough (I wish I had better coverage on some fingers), but my friend's have just been falling off left and right. This is gel polish! It's not supposed to just peel off after a few hours! She lost the first nail on the night of the appointment (about six hours later) and has since lost 3 more. Terrible customer service. I had a 1130am appointment. 6 customers came in the door after me. They were greeted asking what they wanted. It seemed what I wanted ,only 1 person in the salon did a pink&white. Also I have long nails. After waiting 20 minutes after I told the greeted to cancel my appointment. That's when they said wait another 5 or 10 more minutes. It's called common curiosity and that salon gave me none.
Leo is phenomenal and other techs are too. Hanna, Michelle, XO recommend in addition to Leo.
