We have been coming to Orange Beach for many years. This year we decided to stay with Brett Robinson in Phoenix VII. From the day of check in on June 21st our 3rd bedroom has had no AC, and the freezer would not freeze. I called Brett Robinson every day for 5 days and they would route me to call the front desk and speak to a property manager. This has been the worst experience ever. Waited hours for someone to finish cleaning and making beds. Worst service ever. Would not recommend unless you want to waste 1 whole day waiting on the condo to be cleaned. Completely unsatisfied.
My family and I were very disappointed in our vacation rental. I will not use this company again.
