Missed diabetes diagnosis resulting my grandmothers dog dying due to acute pancreatitis. For over a year, four visits, they never said we need to run bloodwork only urine tests they missed a diabetes diagnosis in May of last year by the time they prescribed insulin she was sick. The dog was diagnosed and died less than a week later after a second opinion who ran labs and the next day she passed away.
Very attentive to our pet's needs. The only vet we use now.
