Staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I travel over an hour because each of the Robinson Animal Hospital locations are the best and most trusted in the area.
We have always received excellent care at Robinson’s. On July 28 we had to say goodbye to our sweet Mia. The care we received from the entire staff that day was excellent. I posted the date, because I cannot remember everyone’s name. Dr. Sybers helped us say goodbye to our girl in the most beautiful way. It made a terrible day slightly easier with his true kindness and gentleness. The tech that worked with us was just as kind. Thank you for taking such good care of our beloved girl.
Jessica Knisley DVM is uncompassionate and inconsiderate. We took our dog to vet in gray with an apt at 8. Dr didn't show up til 9. Wouldn't even attempt to get near my dog. Sent us away with 175 dollars worth of medicine and told us he will have to be sedated at the people's location due to more hands available to pin him to the wall and get an injection in him. She told us to give him the sedative meds at 7am and to be at the people's location two hours later at 9am and even "triple checked" because it's their emergency on... read more
