After using Robinson for several pets through the years, sadly, I have noticed a decline in care/service. I first noticed the decline with out previous dog, but after our last visit to the Gray, TN location, we have decided that we will not return. I know that every business has struggled since 2020, and hiring "good help" is more difficult now, but the attitudes and service we've received the past few times at Gray, has been less than par. An amazing place to take your pet.
Returning customer here. I got diverted to another clinic by "special offer", but the discount and confidence in the other clinic has faded, so I turned to a known facility and thoroughly pleased with that decision. The staff is professional yet still has the Southern friendliness I love about East TN. Scheduling visits was easy and the staff answered all my questions, providing only the treatment needed and I approved, not pushing anything extra. We had a great experience at Robinson's in Gray with our 5 year old cat, Edgar. It was his first time to the vet, since adoption and he did great. :) All the staff were friendly, caring, welcoming and knowledgeable.
Robinson's Animal Hospital has taken care of my pets for 14 years! They are THE BEST!
