So, I haven't even had an appointment yet, and I'm considering changing my PCP. I selected Dr. Warren, because I wanted to find an African American female doctor. Well, I've never met Dr. Warren, so I can't really give a review of her. HOWEVER, her administrative staff is completely non responsive. I have left numerous messages trying to make an initial appointment, and I have not received ONE call back in response. Nothing. I really enjoyed Dr. Warren and how well we got along from the jump but at this point I am nothing but annoyed with this practice. I call ahead to get my meds and no one sends in my meds. I get told that they’ll put in a request but still get no meds. Dr. Warren has missed two of my appointments and no one calls me to reschedule after our visits. This is one of the worst run offices I have ever been to. The lady at the front desk changes your appointments time and day with out asking. She will tell you when you need to come in and if that doesn't work for you and you need a different day she will still schedule you for when she wants. They do test with out your approval and then leave you with a giant bill. They also will make you wait over 30 minutes everytime you go there even though there are never any other patients in the building. For one of my appointments I w... read more
I really love the doctor but the office staff is non-responsive. They seem like really nice ladies but never call you back never know the answer to any simple non-doctor related questions and just seem clueless.
