My loved one was recently discharged from Robin Run's Healthcare Center.. First I will say their Therapy staff were outstanding and the Staff at receptionist desk were very friendly and always had a welcoming smile. On several occasions when I visited my family member the hallways had bad odor, the Staff nevered greeted you. In dining room the Staff didn't always speak with Residents with dignity. Finally, my love one's discharge was very messy and no one returned my calls. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
