Robin and Esteban went over and above for us because we are out of state, and many details surrounding a sale would normally be done by the seller. We appreciated all the extra work! They staged the house with care and flair. They worked to helped lower the stress of multiple heirs having to come together and agree on price and other details. They are problem solvers with a smile!

We could not have asked for a better outcome on the sale of our home. Robin and Esteban sold our home for above asking price in a volatile market in August. We took their advice throughout the process (i.e. on the list price, preparing our home, during offer review, etc.). There were times we were skeptical; however, with her experience we followed their lead and are more than satisfied with the outcome.

Working with Robin was awesome! She helped me out every step of the way, leveraged her knowledge of the area, and always provided good advice as we progressed to listing and selling our house. Her team is awesome!

We would like to thank Robin, Estaban and Sadie for the excellent job they did in the sale of my mother’s condo in Bellevue and the purchase of our condo in Seattle. Their attention to detail was superb and both transactions were handled in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend their first-rate team to anyone who would like buy or sell property in the Seattle area.
