great place to buy your car and have it serviced! the service manager and crew are very easy to deal with and treat everyone with respect!

Brought my car into the service dept. for maintenance and state inspection. They were supposed to fix a problem with filling the gas tank. When I pump gas the pump keep stopping because it detects that the tank is full when it is not full. Very frustrating. When I picked the car up, I was told that the problem with the gas tank was resolved. The problem was not resolved at all.

I had a pleasant experience with Robin Ford. They are conveniently located near me and there was not the typical waiting (hours upon hours) for credit, payments, etc.
Robin Ford is an outstanding dealership as well as having an awesome service department. We've been with them for over 20 years and all we can say are good things. Sean in service is a great asset!. Excellent experience with the Service Department. They worked around my schedule, very kind, the car was ready on time and the cost was reasonable. Also, they didn't try to push any additional unneeded services on me. A pleasure to deal with.

He was extremely in the zone of communication utilizing whatever means necessary to keep me in the loop and informed.
