Worst customer service *** ever experienced. Recently purchased a car here in January 2024, and in September 2024 after getting an oil change was told the breaks and rotors front and back need to be replaced. The rotors have grooves and lips and are now warped. This car was purchased with ***** miles and currently only having a little of ***** miles. First time dealing with Robin Ford on a new 2018 F150 purchase, they were awesome. Very honest and straightforward with available rebates and offers. I dealt with two other Ford dealerships while searching for the F150 and they didn't seem to want to find all the rebates and incentives that I was eligible for. I will definetly return to Robin for my next new vehicle purchase.
The entire team delivered excellent service from start to finish. Took me in right on scheduled time and were done when they said they would. The experience was great just the way I like things to go.
