After going several years without a cleaning (due to lack of insurance, and then shame), I gritted my teeth and made an appointment. I was never reproached nor made to feel bad. Everyone there is friendly and easy to deal with.
I made an appt in Jan 2021 to receive a crown, after a root canal procedure. The snow in February caused my appt to be cancelled (the office called me and advised me to call re-schedule appointment). The new appt was re-scheduled for the end of March. I even received two reminder texts about the appointment! I arrived, sat in the parking lot & called to advise that I was here.
