Apartment was filthy when I moved in, infested with cockroaches. Floors and floorboards caked in dirt, and the apartment reeks. Common halls are the same story. Open holes and non-flush walls all over the building that I'm sure are full of bugs, and one washer/dryer for 14 units, $2.25 a cycle. Power surges constantly, at least twice a day. Repairs with paint and plywood. Otherwise, nice staff, lower rent for the area, responsive for plumbing and tool rentals.
