I brought my 2016 explorer in for a problem I had repaired at another dealer last year, they told us that they would not repair it because it was done at another Ford dealer, also they did not rotate my tires as per "the works package" tire rotation should be done every oil change. I am very disappointed in their service I have never been treated like this before.
I have never had service like this before? Riley and Matt went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied with my new vehicle. I kept changing my mind and was so unsure. They were so very patient and kept assuring me we would find something I loved. Yes I did! Excellent rates and deals. Highly recommend.
Props to Robichaux Ford are in order. Having just bought a 2013 Kia Optima from Chris Coupel a couple of weeks ago, it was quite irritating to go to leave work this afternoon and the car would not shift out of park. Door locks didn't work, nor did the windshield wipers. I had to use the transmission release tab to get it to shift and get home.
