RecommendedA great dealer ship. We have been dealing with Robichaux Ford for many years
Had an appointment for a recall on a Wednesday, the Saturday before recall went out and had to tow the vehicle to the dealership. Dealership advised they don’t reimburse for towing but I could send a request to the Ford company myself! The dealership didn’t even offer to send the request for me. Horrible customer service in my opinion, they should satisfy the customer. It was Ford’s fault I was inconvenienced by having to tow the vehicle and to find other means of transportation. The service team is very friendly and accommodating. On my recent visit for an oil change I had the misfortune of having my window cracked while my vehicle was in the parking area during service. The problem was taken care of super quick and I was given a loaner to use while they did it. Mr. Eric and the team are awesome and I will being doing business with them for a long time!

Had trouble w/Phone- Radio set up they took my F-150 SAME DAY and corrected the problem. ERIC in service was very helpful.
