Had a flat tire early Friday morning before we were leaving town for the weekend. Couldn't find any business that opened before 8am except Robertsons Tire in Owasso. We pulled in there before their normal opening time of 7:30 & they took care of us right away after they heard we were heading out of town. They fixed the flat and had us back on the road around 8am! They got us back on the road before we would've even been waited on somewhere else. We are so appreciative of the work they did. Thanks again Robertson Tire!
Jimmy is great at what he does! The customer service is always very good too. This is the only place I take my truck.
Walked in and I was immediately told it was going to take a while to talk to me. Then I waited for 10 minutes while 2 other customers walked in and they were immediately helped. While I was waiting employees were talking and even eating snacks. I walked away.
