Great service for the money We switched our garbage service from well known BFI after their customer service took a nosedive. Robertson was happy to help us out, they gave us the option of having our own trash container so we didn't have to pay the rental fee or renting ours. We were also able to provide our own recycling container. They charged us about $15 less a quarter than that other well known garbage service and they hardly take any holidays so you never have to guess when your next garbage day is.
these guys give you good service for a fair price. When all the other garbage pickup services are on holiday, these guys are picking up your trash. They only take a couple of holidays a year. They also do recycling and don't charge extra. They also allow you to supply your own trash can instead of paying a monthly rental fee. When I dropped my old company I saved about $120 a year!
Consistant Service This company did our curb side trash collection for years and the driver's and collectors were always polite, kept the trash cans neat and picked up after themselves if something spilled or broke. This is more than I can say with some other companies! Reasonably priced and consistant service. Recycling available
You Can't Pick Your Garbage Service BFI bought out our service area. We have had men who worked for this company eat lunch by the curb and drop their katsup packs out the window of their truck. They are extremely picky about what trash you throw out. After pick up, trash cans are left all over the place, on their side. You can sometimes find your trash in front of your neighbor's house. The prices are outrageous for pick up and the trash can is dinky. No regular sized family could make that little amount of trash.
