PICK UP YOUR CAN...NOW I have cancelled my service , effective 06-30-2010: the can was to be picked up at that time. Today is 07-21-2010 and I have spoken again with Debbie in customer service. She assures me that the can will be picked up asap. I'll keep you up to date with this seemingly herculean task.
CRAZY DRIVERS drivein REVERSEin subdivision!! I have had to call them several times about driving in REVERSE (and very fast at that!) on the main street in my subdivision...SO SCARY!! and they always come around same time as my child's schoolbus, so I was very worried!! They finally stopped driving down my street in reverse after SEVERAL calls! Consistant Service This company did our curb side trash collection for years and the driver's and collectors were always polite, kept the trash cans neat and picked up after themselves if something spilled or broke. This is more than I can say with some other companies! Reasonably priced and consistant service. Recycling available
Do Not Use This Business 1) Robertson Sanitation charges a $25 account set up fee for residential service. Other waste companies do not charge this set up fee. 2) Robertson Sanitation missed two of the first four weeks of pick up service. 3) Robertson Sanitation took over a week to cancel my service. I was told the "computer system is down" for a week. 4) After closing your account, Robertson Sanitation requires you to leave their trash can out on the curb for up to three weeks so they can mosey round and pick it up sometime... read more
Great Service, Good Company I have had Robertson Sanitation service for over 5 years now and couldn't be happier. I signed up with Robertson after trying to contact BFI but that company would never answer their phone. (I'm glad they didn't). Robertson Sanitation has consistently provided high-quality service. They don't leave the trash cans all over the place, they don't let garbage spill out and what might spill they pick up immediately. these guys give you good service for a fair price. When all the other garbage pickup services are on holiday, these guys are picking up your trash. They only take a couple of holidays a year. They also do recycling and don't charge extra. They also allow you to supply your own trash can instead of paying a monthly rental fee. When I dropped my old company I saved about $120 a year!
WHAT A RIP OFF! Do not go with Robertson Sanitation! When I first started using them 2 years ago they were only charging me about $45.00 a month. I just got my last bill and they tried charging me $62.00 for 3 months! I called and canceled my service right away and started calling around. Everywhere else I call is about $21.00 cheaper every 3 months than them. Gas is at an all time low, so I would expect my service price to go down instead of up. Great service for the money We switched our garbage service from well known BFI after their customer service took a nosedive. Robertson was happy to help us out, they gave us the option of having our own trash container so we didn't have to pay the rental fee or renting ours. We were also able to provide our own recycling container. They charged us about $15 less a quarter than that other well known garbage service and they hardly take any holidays so you never have to guess when your next garbage day is.
A danger in any community! You can always count on Robertson to go 50 mph in your sub-division! I personally saw them this afternoon doing over 50 mph, IN THE RAIN! AT THE SAME TIME THE SCHOOL BUS WAS DROPPING OFF ELEMENTARY KIDS! AT THE SAME TIME THE SCHOOL BUS WAS DROPPING KIDS OFF! Shame on Robertson!
